Locate your account number on My Sprint

The account number is available online if you have an account admin or account authorized profile set up on sprint.com.
To locate your account number on sprint.com:
- Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password
- Click on the My preferences tab
- Click Update or add another account
- View account number next to each account nickname
Or
At the top right-hand side of the My Account page, next to the Sign Out button, the account number is displayed below the account nickname. Use the drop-down menu to select another account.
The account number is also located on each monthly statement.
