Make a one-time payment on sprint.com

You can make a one-time payment online via My Sprint with a bank account number or credit card already on file, or add a new method of payment. You must be registered as the account owner to make changes to billing or payment information.

To make a one-time payment through a bank account already on file:

  1. Sign in to My Sprint with your username and password at sprint.com
  2. In the Your Bill section, click Pay Now
  3. On the Pay Bill page, choose a payment amount and select payment method
  4. Click Continue
  5. Verify your payment information and click Submit
  6. A confirmation screen will appear and we will send an e-mail notification to you confirming that the payment processed or if there was an error processing the payment


To make a one-time payment by adding a new bank account:

  1. Sign in to My Sprint with your username and password at sprint.com
  2. In the Your bill section, click Pay Now
  3. On the Pay Bill page, choose a payment amount and in select payment method, under Bank Account, click Add an Account
  4. Enter banking account information including routing and account number and specify account type of checking or savings
  5. Click Continue
  6. You will receive an e-mail notification when the checking or savings account is validated and can be used for making payments

Note: The approval process for a checking or savings account can take up to 10 business days, and checking and saving accounts must be approved before a payment can be made from the account. If you have a payment due before the account is approved, you should use another payment method for the current bill.

Note: Once a checking or savings account has been added to your sprint.com profile, it will stay there until you choose to remove it



To make a one-time payment using a new ATM, credit, debit or American Express Prepaid Reward card:

  1. Sign in to My Sprint with your username and password at sprint.com
  2. Click on the My Account tab
  3. In Your bill, click Pay Now
  4. On the Pay Bill page, choose a payment amount and in select payment method, under ATM/Debit or Credit Card, click Add a Card
  5. Enter credit or debit card number and all information including expiration date (MM/YYYY), security code (3-digit code on back of card. American Express is on front of card) and ZIP code
  6. Click Continue
  7. Verify your payment information and click Submit
  8. You will see a processing information message; click OK
  9. A Payment Successful - Thank You message will appear
  10. You will receive an e-mail notification confirming that the credit or debit-card payment processed

Note: We will send you an email notification if the payment did not process because the credit or debit card was declined.

Note: American Express Prepaid Reward cards cannot be used for recurring payments. If you attempt to make a payment that is more than the balance on the card, the payment will decline and funds will be held for 8 days before they are released.
