Manage your Sprint account on your phone

You can access select areas of your Sprint account on your phone by using our mobile website, access your Sprint account on our mobile website, you must first register for a account if you have not already.

To manage My Sprint on your phone with the Sprint mobile website:

  1. Type in the web browser on your phone
  2. Sign in with your My Sprint Username and Password
    • Note: If you have not already created a My Sprint account, you can do so on a computer at or by clicking the register here link on the sign in page.
  3. You can then manage select areas of your My Sprint account, such as:
    • View your bill - see your due date, bill amount, any adjustments/credits, recent payments and total due
    • Pay your bill - pay your bill using credit card or checking account already on file in My Sprint
      • Note: Before paying on your phone, you must first have made at least one payment through My Sprint on a computer.
    • Phones on account - shows the devices on your account and lets you view a device's usage, plan and upgrade eligibility

Manage account controls
To block account controls on your phone, you must have a valid account and be set up as an account owner. If you are not an account owner and do not have permission to change settings on your account, you will see a message showing your current settings. To manage account controls on your phone with the Sprint mobile website:

  1. Type in the web browser on your phone
  2. Sign in with your My Sprint Username and Password
  3. Select Phones on account
  4. Next to the device you wish to manage, select Limits and Permissions
  5. You will see the current settings for your device. To change control settings, choose from the drop down options next to each control.
    • To block all text, data and voice calls, select Block all. To allow all settings, select Allow all.
  6. Click Save
  7. Your changes will take effect within 15 minutes
Note: If you close the browser and reopen account controls before the settings have been applied within the 15-minute timeframe, you will see the previous account control settings as the current settings. Please wait for the new settings to take effect before making adjustments.
