Hands-Free programming

To program your phone:

  1. If it's not already on, turn on the device.
  2. You should see the message Hands Free Activation, Contacting network. Once the device has activated, you will see the message Your device has been activated. Press the Softkey to select OK. Your device will restart.
  3. To ensure that your device has been activated, make a call and try to use data services.
  4. If Hands-Free programming is not successful, you will see a message indicating that you should try again later. If you see this message, go to One-Touch Programming.

One-Touch programming

To program your phone:

  1. If the device is not on already, turn it on.
  2. To open the main menu, press the Menu/OK key.
  3. Use the navigation keys to select Web, and then press the Menu/OK key. The device will be programmed and it will display a message if it is successful.
  4. Press the Menu/OK key, and then try to make a call to ensure that programming was successful. If the device is not successfully programmed, go to Manual programming.

Manual programming

To manually program the device, perform the following steps:

  1. If the device is not on already, turn it on.
  2. Enter ## followed by the six-digit code followed by another #. For example, if the six-digit code is 123456, you will enter ##123456#. NOTE: You may not be able to see the last #.
  3. Select Edit and press the Menu/OK key.
  4. On the Enter MDN screen, enter your 10-digit MDN and press the Menu/OK key.
  5. On the MSID screen, enter your 10-digit MSID and press the Menu/OK key. NOTE: Entering your MSID will clear out any numbers that are already entered in that text box.
  6. On the Service Program screen, select Done and press the Menu/OK key. The device will restart when programming is complete.

NOTE: It may take a while for all services to be available. You should wait an hour and then try to use the Web browser to ensure that programming was successful.
