Program your PRO-200 by Sanyo

You can use these programming instructions if you have a new phone or a used phone activated by a previous owner, and you have completed the Activate your new phone process in My Sprint. If so, you should refer to the page you printed showing the codes you need for these instructions to work.

To program your phone:

  1. If necessary, press and hold the red End key to turn on the phone.
  2. Press the Menu/OK key.
  3. Select Settings > More > Data > Update Profile.

    NOTE: The message The network is preparing your services. Please wait appears.

  4. When the message Device Configuration has completed appears, press the Left Softkey to select OK.
  5. Press and hold the End key to turn off the phone.
  6. Turn the phone back on again. The phone is ready to make voice, data and Direct Connect® calls. If the phone is still not working, continue with the next step.
  7. If you have a new phone that has never been activated:
    • Press ##, type the One Time 6-digit code from the Programming Details section of the Activate your new phone page, and then press # again. (The last # will not show on the screen. Example: ##123456#.)
  8. If you have a used phone that has previously been activated:
    • Press ##, type the Secondary 6-digit code from the Programming Details section of the Activate your new phone page, and then press # again. (The last # will not show on the screen. Example: ##123456#.)
  9. In the MDN Service Program screen, select Edit.
  10. Enter your 10-digit phone number from the Programming Information section of the Activate your new phone page.
  11. Select OK.
  12. Enter the 10-digit MSID number from the Programming Information section of the Activate your new phone page.
  13. Select Done. The phone will automatically turn off and then turn back on again.
  14. Expect to wait up to four hours to complete the activation process and for your phone to begin working.
  15. After four hours, press the Web key, located above the green Talk key, to complete the activation of the Web and Nextel Direct Connect® service.

NOTE: It can take up to four hours to complete the activation process and for your phone to begin working. If the provisioning process does not complete within five hours, contact us.
