Register Sprint Mobile Email Work from your phone

  • After you have downloaded Sprint® Mobile Email Work (SME Work), you will need to register the application.
  • Here’s how to register:
    1. Read and accept the License Agreement.
    2. Enter your phone number.
    3. Select Next.
    4. Choose from the list of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to register your account.
    5. Follow the prompts to enter your account information to initialize Sprint Mobile Email Work.
    6. After entering the information, select Register to generate security keys.
    7. When a connection is established, the home screen will display.
      • Note: SME Work is found in your phone’s My Content folder, inside the IM & Email directory.
      • Note: If you have questions about your e-mail account, please check with your e-mail provider
