Report that your device is lost or stolen

If your device is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to suspend your service:

  1. Visit
  2. Enter your username and password to sign in.
  3. Scroll to the device that has been lost or stolen.
  4. Use the Manage this device dropdown next to your device and select Report lost or stolen device.
  5. Follow the instructions on screen.

If you have Total Equipment Protection, file a claim online at or call Asurion at 800-584-3666. You must report your loss within 60 days of the incident, and the device must be active on the Sprint network on the date of loss.

If you do not have Total Equipment Protection, you are responsible for replacing your lost or stolen device.
