Request refund for your premium content download (My Sprint)

  1. From My Sprint, click Digital Lounge.
  2. Click My Content Manager.
  3. Choose the item for which you want to request a refund.
  4. Click Request a Refund.
  5. Select the reason for the refund, and then click Confirm.
