Retrieve your PIN

If you forget your account PIN, you can easily retrieve it at Sprint.com.
- Sign in to My Sprint.
- Click the My Preferences tab.
- Click the Update account PIN link.
- The Update account PIN and Security Question/Answer screen will open.
- Click the Show PIN link to see your existing PIN.
