Follow the steps below to retrieve your password to access My Sprint. Depending on the type of profile you have (e.g. account owner vs. community user), you may have to enter different information to verify your account.
If you are the account owner:

Click on the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen

Click Forgot password

In the Get your Password screen, enter your username and click Submit

On the second screen, you will be asked to enter the billing ZIP code, the
Social Security number of the account owner, and either your PIN or security
answer

Click Submit
-
Enter and confirm your new password and click Submit

Once your new password is set you will be automatically signed in to My Sprint
If you have a device on an account, but are not the account owner:

Click on the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen

Click on Forgot password

In the Get your Password screen, enter your username and click Submit

Choose a destination for the temporary password to be sent:

Click Continue

One of the following messages will appear depending on where you chose to have
the temporary password sent:

We just sent you a temporary password at <@email.com>.
-
We just sent you a temporary password to your number at XXX-XXX-<last four
digits of phone number>.
Once you retrieve the temporary password, you will be able to use it to sign in to My Sprint.
If you are the account owner and you manage multiple accounts:

Click on the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen

Click Forgot password

In the Get your Password screen,enter your username and click Submit

If you manage several accounts under one username, you will need to enter the
account number for one of the accounts

Click Submit
-
On the second screen, you will be asked to enter the billing ZIP code, the

Enter and confirm your new password and click Submit

Once your new password is set you will be automatically signed in to My Sprint
If you are an account owner but do not have a text-capable device on the account, you will be sent a temporary password via email:

Click the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen

Click Forgot password

In the Get your Password screen, enter your username and click Submit

The following message will appear: We just sent you a temporary password at
<@email.com>.
Once you receive the temporary password via email, you will be able to use it to sign in to My Sprint.
