Save contacts on your phone before recycling it

Last Updated: Nov 18, 2013

Most of our retail stores can transfer contacts from one phone to another. We recommend other backup options if you still have service on the phone that will be recycled. Find your nearest location with our online Sprint Store Locator.

Many of our phones support Wireless Backup, and you can subscribe to it directly from the phone. It allows you to securely back-up your contacts to upload to a new phone or to export to a file. Please note that Wireless Backup has a charge of $2 per month, but you may unsubscribe at any time. Some phones support a similar service called Sprint Mobile Sync that allows you to back-up your contacts free of charge.
