Many of our phones support Wireless Backup, and you can subscribe to it directly from the phone. It allows you to securely back-up your contacts to upload to a new phone or to export to a file. Please note that Wireless Backup has a charge of $2 per month, but you may unsubscribe at any time. Some phones support a similar service called Sprint Mobile Sync that allows you to back-up your contacts free of charge.

If you have a Nextel Direct Connect® phone, you can sign up for MyNextel Address Book. Another option if you have switched phones is to transfer the subscriber identity (SIM) card from the old phone to the new one.
