First, enter your phone number and decide if you're sending a text message (or SMS), two-way or multimedia message

Note:

If sending an SMS, no characters appear after the phone number; if two-way, double asterisks [**] appear after the number; if multimedia, MMS appears after the number.

Two-Way (Pay as you go only):

1. Go to NET Mode and select Two-Way Express.
2. Select Send; Phone Num/Email screen displays.
3. Enter a phone number, e-mail address or short code; select OK.
4. Type message; when finished, select Send.

Two-Way (Enhanced two-way plans only):

1. Go to NET Mode and select Messaging.
2. Enter a phone number, e-mail address or short code.
3. Select Create Message.
4. Type message; when finished, select Send.

Multimedia message:

1. Select Mesg softkey.
2. Select Create Message.
3. Enter a number in the To field.
4. Type message; when finished, select OK.
5. Select Send.
