Set up AutoPay

Sign up for AutoPay and never miss a payment. To set up autopay online, you must have a valid My Sprint account and be set up with an account owner profile.

Set up AutoPay online using a bank account

Note: Some banks may not support electronic checks. Check with your bank before using the automatic payment service.

Note: If you have any unpaid balance, please make sure you pay it by the due date. Account verification can take 7-10 days to process, and the first auto payment may take up to 2 billing cycles to go into effect.

  1. Sign in to My Sprint with a valid username and password at www.sprint.com.
  2. Click the My preferences tab.
  3. Scroll down to All about my account and click on AutoPay.
  4. Click on Get started in the dialog box.
  5. On the Pay Bill screen, choose Bank account.
  6. Enter your bank routing number and bank account number, then click Continue.
  7. Click the radio button next to I have read and agree to the terms and conditions, then click Authorize.
  8. Review your information, then click Authorize.
  9. If you choose, you can print the confirmation screen to keep for your records.

Set up AutoPay online using a credit or debit card

Note: If you have any unpaid balance, it will be withdrawn automatically when you enroll or update your credit or debit card information. Account verification occurs immediately.

  1. Sign in to My Sprint with a valid username and password at www.sprint.com.
  2. Click the My preferences tab.
  3. Scroll down to All about my account and click on AutoPay.
  4. Click on Get started in the dialog box.
  5. On the Pay Bill screen, choose ATM/Debit or Credit Card.
  6. Enter your Card Type, Name on card, Billing Zip Code, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and Security Code.
  7. Click Submit.


Set up AutoPay by phone

  1. On your mobile phone, press *3 and then Talk
  2. Follow the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) instructional prompts
    • Note: The following payment types are accepted:
      • Check
      • Credit/Debit Card
