How do I setup my Sprint Voicemail?
Your device automatically transfers all unanswered calls to your voicemail, even if your device is in use or turned off. You should set up your Sprint Voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your device is activated. Always use a password to protect against unauthorized access.
- Dial your Sprint voicemail number (Sprint phone number) from your Sprint Phone Connect device.
- Follow the system prompts to: Create your password. Record your name announcement. Record your greeting. For more information about using your voicemail, see Voicemail Service within the User Guide.
How do I know if I have Voicemail?
You will be notified that you have a voicemail in two ways. 1) The MODE/MSG LED will blink red in color on the terminal. 2) When you lift the receiver, a stuttered voice message tone will be heard and then a dial tone.
