When you sign up for autopay, your payment automatically gets deducted from your checking account or charged to your debit or credit card. It's a great way to make sure your payment is always in on time. Here's how to set it up.
Note: These steps assume that you are signed into My Sprint.
Set up autopay using a bank account
Note: Some banks may not support electronic checks. Check with your bank before using the automatic payment service.
1. From My Sprint, click Billing & Payment.
2. On the Billing & Payment page, click Pay Bill.
3. Under Automatic Payment, click Bank Account.
4. Next to Account type, click to select either Checking or Savings. Enter your Bank routing number and your account number.
5. Click Continue.

Set up autopay using a credit card
1. From My Sprint, click Billing & Payment.
2. On the Billing & Payment page, click Pay Bill.
3. Under Automatic Payment, click Debit/Credit card.
4. Enter the Card Type, Name on card, Billing Zip Code, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and Security Code.
5. Click Continue.
Set up autopay by phone
1. On your cellular phone, press *3 and then Talk.
2. Follow the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) instructional prompts.
