Shop sprint.com from your phone

It’s now easier than ever to buy a new device, add a line or upgrade by simply shopping on your phone.

 

  1. Visit m.sprint.com from your phone.
  2. Select the Shop tab.
  3. Choose to shop phones, data cards & Wi-Fi hotspots or tablets.
  • To shop for accessories you will need to visit the full site.
  1. Next, choose your device. On the device details page, you can see ratings and reviews, features and specifications or check your coverage. 
  2. To add the device to your cart, enter your ZIP code and select Add to cart.
  3. Next, choose what type of plan you want with your device:
  • If you don’t have Sprint service, choose an individual or family plan and select how many minutes you want included in your plan.
  • If you already have Sprint service, add the device to your account or upgrade by signing in.
  • To add a line to an existing shared plan, you’ll need to visit the full site.
  1. Choose optional services with your device and select Next.
  2. Choose optional accessories with your device and select Next.
  3. Review your cart and enter any promo codes (if applicable) and select Checkout.
  4. On the first part of the checkout page, enter your contact information to establish your new account. If you are signed in to sprint.com, you will skip this step.
  5. Next, set up your sprint.com account with a username and password. If you are signed in to sprint.com, you will skip this step.
  6. If you are a new customer, you will then choose a phone number. In this step you can let us choose a number for you, or transfer your number from another carrier. Select Continue.
  7. Next, verify your shipping address matches your billing address and enter your payment information.
  8. Agree to the terms and conditions and select Process my order.
