Sprint.com can give you easy, secure, 24/7 access to information about your device and account management tools.
To get started, you need to create a sprint.com username and password and give us some basic information about your account. It takes only a few minutes to complete the process.
What you'll need to get started: You'll need to have your device handy, and if you want to manage your account online – view and pay your bill, for example – you'll need to have your Sprint account PIN. If you don't have a PIN, you can create one during the sign up process. If you've forgotten your PIN, we'll help you retrieve it.
Providing your billing ZIP code and PIN will allow you to register as an account owner, giving you access to view and pay your bill, manage parental controls and undertake other account-impacting activities. Only providing a phone number will still give you access to My Sprint, but with limited capabilities. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com.
Sign up for access to sprint.com:
Go to www.sprint.com. Click Sign
in on the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then click Sign up now.
Enter your phone number. If you are registering a mobile broadband card or
want to register as a Community user, click "I don't have a Sprint phone
Create your username, password, and enter your email address.
Next, set your access level. There are 3 access levels:
Your email address will be used to notify you any time changes are made to
your account, or to retrieve your password if you should forget it. We'll also
use it to confirm your sign up for sprint.com
Once you have set your access level, a "Success" page will display, and a
confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. You must go
to your email and click the confirmation link to complete the registration
Click the link in the confirmation email to confirm your account. You will be
redirected to the Sprint.com homepage. The Sign In box will display, along
with this message: "Welcome! Your email's been confirmed. Just sign in with
your new username and password."
Simply sign in with your username and password to access My Sprint.
I know my PIN - Enter your billing ZIP code and PIN to create an
account owner profile.
I don't know my PIN - Enter your billing ZIP code, last 4-digits of the
account holder SSN, and answer your security answer to verify your identity
and retrieve your PIN. Once your account is verified, you will be allowed to
register as an account owner.
Someone else pays the bill, so I don't need to see billing info - You
will only see your device information, such as minutes or data used. You will
not be able to manage account settings, but can request account-level access
at any time from the account owner.
