- Error S7850 - This product version is not available for purchase on this device.
- Error S7118 - Login incorrect. Please check your username and password and try again.
- Error S7122 - Can't connect to server. Please check your connection and try again.
- Error S7112 - Cannot initiate a Network Connection. Please try again.
To troubleshoot common issues:
NOTE: After completing each step, attempt to try to finish the task.
- Verify that your device supports these features. To check if you device is supported, go to one of the following:
- On your device, log out of your email
- Log back in to your email
NOTE: Verify your user name and password is correct. Passwords are case sensitive.
- From your computer, log in to your email account
NOTE: If you can log in to your email account from your computer and you are using Sprint Mobile Email, go to step 5. If you are using Sprint Mobile Email Work, proceed to step 6. If you are unable to access your email account directly, please contact your email provider.
- Delete the current version and re-download Sprint Mobile Email. Only perform this step if Sprint Mobile Email had been downloaded from sprint.com. This step should re-register the email account in Sprint Mobile Email.
- If the issue continues, please gather the following information:
- Handset Model
- FW version
- MDN
- Title
