If you are having any problems with your Sprint ID Packs, these steps can help you troubleshoot the issue:
- Verify that you have access to voice and data services; if you can make a call or use other data applications on your phone, you should be able to download an ID Pack.
- If a phone call interrupted the download of an ID Pack, you will need to cancel the download and restart it.
- If an ID Pack is causing issues, uninstall and re-install the ID Pack that is having problems.
- Install the Clean ID Pack:
- Open Sprint ID
- At the Choose your ID screen, select Get New
- Select and install the ID Pack called Clean
- Contact the developer of the ID Pack for further troubleshooting or support information. To contact them:
- Open Sprint ID
- At the Choose your ID screen, press the Menu button and select Manage
- Under the Content by ID section, select the ID Pack that needs support
- On the ID Pack Description and Support Screen, scroll down to locate the Developer's website, email address and phone number
