If you are having any problems with your Sprint ID Packs, these steps can help you troubleshoot the issue:

Verify that you have access to voice and data services; if you can make a call
or use other data applications on your phone, you should be able to download
an ID Pack.

If a phone call interrupted the download of an ID Pack, you will need to
cancel the download and restart it.

If an ID Pack is causing issues, uninstall and re-install the ID Pack that is
having problems.

Install the Clean ID Pack:

Open Sprint ID

At the Choose your ID screen, select Get New

Select and install the ID Pack called Clean

Contact the developer of the ID Pack for further troubleshooting or support
information. To contact them:

Open Sprint ID

At the Choose your ID screen, press the Menu button and select Manage

Under the Content by ID section, select the ID Pack that needs support

On the ID Pack Description and Support Screen, scroll down to locate
the Developer's website, email address and phone number
