Troubleshoot if audio and visual is not synchronized for some channels in Sprint TV on your HTC EVO 4G

You may experience the following issue with your HTC EVO™ 4G.
When watching some Sprint TV channels on your EVO, there is a .5 to 1.5 second delay between sound and visual so the mouth movement of the character does not match the words that are heard. This affects NASCAR on Speed, ABC Mobile, ABC News Now, Disney, ESPN, NBC Sports and possibly other channels.
This is a known issue, and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.
