Troubleshoot if icons or widgets disappear from the screen when switching IDs on your Sanyo Zio

A software update corrects the following issue with your Sanyo Zio™.

When switching between Sprint ID Packs on your Zio, icons or widgets may disappear from the screen.

To fix this, please update your handset software to version 1.008 or greater.
