Troubleshoot if phone-initiated actions do not work with the Nextel Address Book on your Motorola i1

You may experience the following issue with your Motorola i1.
When trying to access your Nextel Address Book using phone-initiated options (save to contacts, etc.) you are unable to complete the task.
This is a known issue, and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.
However, in the meantime you can use Gmail as a contact back-up option.
Note: At any time, you can check that you have the latest software version for your phone. For instructions on how to check your software version and update your phone software, refer to Check for Updates.
