Troubleshoot if setup does not complete successfully on your Palm Pixi

If your Palm Pixi is not setting up properly, check to see if you are receiving data. One of these icons should display at the top of your Palm Pixi: or . These indicate that either the Sprint Mobile Broadband (EvDO) or Sprint 1xRTT network is within range.

If you don't see either icon, you're not able to receive data, so give us a call at 888-211-4727.
