Troubleshoot if the LED indicators are off on your Sprint 4G Desktop Modem

  1. Verify the AC power adapter is fully plugged into both the electrical outlet and the Desktop Modem
  2. Make sure the power outlet is turned on
  3. Move the Desktop Modem to a second outlet
  4. Ensure the power outlets being used are working properly
  5. If there is still no LED indication, the Desktop Modem may be faulty and should be returned

Note: While the device is searching for service, the LEDs will be in a chase pattern, lighting one by one with each LED being on briefly. Once an acceptable signal is located, the Signal Strength LEDs will blink in unison again briefly on then off for a brief time until the device has been registered.
