Troubleshoot if the ringer, vibrate or speaker on your BlackBerry Curve 8530 smartphone is not working

  1. Check the ringer, vibrate or speaker settings to make sure they are turned on
  2. Turn off your phone and remove the battery
  3. Leave the battery off for 1 minute
  4. Put the battery back in and turn on your phone
  5. If this does not fix the issue or you continue to have problems, take your phone to the nearest service center.
