Troubleshoot if the screen on your HTC Touch Pro2 is inverted, faded or discolored

If the screen on your HTC Touch Pro2 is inverted, faded or discolored, a soft reset may resolve the issue. To perform a soft reset, power the off the phone and press the reset button under the battery cover or remove the battery. If the screen issue persists, back up all information on your device, and perform a hard reset.
NOTE: All data will be wiped from the device when you perform a hard reset.
