If you can connect using your AirCard® 402 by Sierra Wireless, but data isn't being transferred, below are some resolutions that can help:
Reboot your computer
- Shut down Sprint SmartView and remove the AirCard 402
- Shut down the computer, reboot, insert your device, click on the Sprint SmartView icon and connect to the Sprint Mobile Broadband Network
- Retry to launch the application
Update the data profile
- Go to the Sprint SmartView Menu > Device Info and Diagnostics
- Click on Update Data Profile that can be found in the lower left-hand corner
- Wait for it to disconnect
- Click to connect again
