Troubleshoot if you cannot access ringback tones from your SCP-2700 by Sanyo

To access ringback tones or call tones from your SCP-2700 by Sanyo®, you need to go online.
To purchase or manage ringback tones:
- Go to sprint.com, and then sign in to My Sprint
- Click the Digital Lounge tab
- Shop for new ringback tones or click My Content Manager to manage existing ringback tones
Note: At any time, you can check that you have the latest software version for your phone. For instructions on how to check your software version and update your phone software, refer to Check for Updates.
