Troubleshoot if you cannot browse the Internet when your Overdrive 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot is connected to the 4G network

A software update corrects the following issue with your Overdrive 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot.
When connected to the 4G network with your Overdrive, you can't browse the Internet.
To fix this, please update your Overdrive to version 1.06.01 or greater.
Note: At any time, you can check that you have the latest software version for your device. For instructions on how to check your software version and update your software, refer to Check for Updates.
