Troubleshoot if you cannot connect to the Internet with your Sprint 4G Desktop Modem

If you experience problems connecting to the Internet:

Check that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to the Desktop Modem and the computer

Verify your LAN port:

With power going to your Desktop Modem, connect the computer to the LAN port via the Ethernet cable

Verify the Ethernet LED located under the Ethernet port is lit

You will need to allow the Desktop Modem time to boot up before this will be successful
