Troubleshoot if you cannot connect to the Internet with your Sprint 4G Desktop Modem

If you experience problems connecting to the Internet:
- Check that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to the Desktop Modem and the computer
- Verify your LAN port:
- With power going to your Desktop Modem, connect the computer to the LAN port via the Ethernet cable
- Verify the Ethernet LED located under the Ethernet port is lit
- You will need to allow the Desktop Modem time to boot up before this will be successful
