Troubleshoot if you cannot preview or set ringtones on your Sanyo Innuendo by Kyocera

A software update corrects the following issue with your Sanyo Innuendo™ by Kyocera.
When in the music application on your Innuendo, you cannot preview or set ringtones.
To fix this, please update your handset software to version 1.004SP or greater.
