Troubleshoot if you cannot save ringtone settings on your HTC Snap

You may experience the following issue with your HTC Snap™.
After you complete the over the air software update to version 1.14.651.2, you may receive the message Error The settings could not be saved, when you try to change your ringtone.
This is a known issue, and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.
Note: At any time, you can check that you have the latest software version for your phone. For instructions on how to check your software version and update your phone software, refer to Check for Updates.
