Troubleshoot if you have difficulty acquiring GPS signal with your U301 USB Device Sprint 3G/4G Mobile Broadband

In certain conditions, you may have difficulty acquiring GPS signal due to hardware position. Please use the USB extension cable (included in the box) and/or re-locate the computer closer to a window.
