Troubleshoot if you have problems activating your U301 USB Device Sprint 3G/4G Mobile Broadband

  1. Please ensure your U301 has been set-up on your Sprint account
  2. Make sure you are within a Sprint coverage area
  3. Remove the device, close all applications, reboot your computer and try activating again
