Troubleshoot if you receive an error stating No Valid Software on your Sprint 4G Desktop Modem

If the software comes up invalid, LEDs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Signal Strength Indicator will turn on, with LED 3 flashing.
If this happens, you should return the Desktop Modem.
