Error Code 2048 most commonly indicates that your Aircard® 595 by Sierra Wireless cannot acquire network resources. Error 2048 most commonly indicates one of the following situations:
- The network is temporarily busy
- Your subscription is suspended
- There is an incorrect setting on the network
- Incorrect Device Programming
To troubleshoot error 2048, perform the following steps:
- Wait 20 to 30 minutes, and then attempt to log in to Sprint Vision again
- With the device on, remove the battery from the device for one to two minutes. Reinsert the battery, and then attempt to log in to Sprint Vision again
- Update your Sprint Vision profile, and then attempt to log in to Sprint Vision again
