You may experience the following issue with your BlackBerry^® Style™ 9670 smartphone.

From time to time, the screen on your BlackBerry Style may go blank, not respond, or you may receive an error message.

If this happens, to fix the issue, just perform a soft reset of your phone. To do this:

1. Turn off the phone
2. Remove the battery and leave it out for 1 minute
3. Replace the battery and turn on the phone

If this does not resolve the issue or if you continue to have this problem, take your phone to your nearest service center.
