Last Updated: Nov 19, 2013

A software update corrects the following issue with your HTC EVO™ 4G.

You may receive an Unable to save file to SD card due to insufficient file permissions error message when taking pictures or trying to access the microSD card.

To fix this issue, download and install the system update that is sent to your EVO. To get the update, you can also press Menu and tap Settings > System Updates > HTC software update.
