Troubleshoot if your Overdrive 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot cannot get a 4G network signal

A software update corrects the following issue with your Overdrive 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot.
If you are in an area with 4G network coverage, you may not be able to connect to the 4G network.
To fix this, please update your Overdrive to version 1.06.01 or greater.
Note: At any time, you can check that you have the latest software version for your device. For instructions on how to check your software version and update your software, refer to Check for Updates.
