- Ensure you're in a 3G coverage area and the signal strength is strong
- Turn the device off and on
- If the Activation Failed message is still displayed, contact us with the following:
- Your account information
- ESN of your Overdrive™ 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot (displayed on the packaging, on the device under the battery, and at Advanced Settings > Device > About)
