Troubleshoot if your Palm Pre has problems downloading applications from Palm Application Catalogue

A software update corrects the following issue with your Palm® Pre.


Palm Pre devices that were on webOS version 1.2.9.1 and updated the software to webOS 1.3.5.1 experienced a side effect that caused an inability to complete a Palm Application Catalogue download. When you try to download from the Palm Application Catalogue, the download will continue to loop but never complete.


To fix this, please update your handset software to WebOS version 1.4.0 or greater.
