Troubleshoot incompatibility issues with the Motorola S9 Bluetooth headset and your Samsung Highnote

You may experience the following issue with your Samsung Highnote™.
When using your Samsung Highnote with the Motorola S9 Bluetooth headset, your Highnote may freeze up or automatically play music when a text message is received.
This is an incompatibility issue with the Motorola S9, and we recommend not using it with the Highnote.
