Troubleshoot issues related to AIRAVE 2.5 connectivity to Sprint network

This article helps you troubleshoot Sprint network connectivity issues on your AIRAVE 2.5.

A red mobile LED is most often caused by:

  • The AIRAVE 2.5 is not able to communicate with Sprint through the provided Internet connection.

These steps help identify and resolve the underlying cause. After completing each step, test to see if the issue is fixed. If you have uncovered an issue that you can't fix, contact Sprint AIRAVE Support at (866) 556 - 7310.

  1. Ensure all other lights are solid green. If any other lights are not solid green, troubleshoot these lights first.

  2. Determine if coverage is available at your current location.

    Refer to the Sprint coverage map and see if your location is within Sprint AIRAVE coverage.

  3. Factory reset the AIRAVE 2.5.
