This article helps you troubleshoot Bluetooth issues on your Samsung ATIV S Neo.

Does the phone you're pairing with support the same Bluetooth protocols as your Samsung ATIV S Neo?
Refer to the Bluetooth phone's user manual for compatibility.
Your Samsung ATIV S Neo is compatible with Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, OPP, and PBAP.
If the manual doesn't list any of these protocols, your Samsung ATIV S Neo is unable to connect to that Bluetooth phone.
Is Bluetooth enabled on both phones?
Bluetooth may be turned off on either the Samsung ATIV S Neo or the other Bluetooth phone. Be sure Bluetooth is enabled on both phones.
Is the Bluetooth phone in range?
The Bluetooth communication range for most phones, including your Samsung ATIV S Neo, is about 30 feet. Be sure your phones are in range.
Perform a soft reset.
A soft reset deletes any temporary files that may be causing the issue.
Remove the pairing and re-pair the Bluetooth phone.
Removing the pairing, restarting your Samsung ATIV S Neo, and then re-pairing the Bluetooth phone refreshes and updates your connection.
Note: To optimize phone performance, be sure your Samsung ATIV S Neo is running the most recent phone software. Check for software updates.
