This article provides troubleshooting tips for the HTC EVO 3D. It contains troubleshooting steps and advice to help resolve issues that may occur when your HTC EVO 3D has low battery life or the battery life drains quickly.

The following steps and advice can be used to help identify the underlying cause of the issue and resolve it. After completing each step, test to see if the problem still occurs. If so, proceed to the following step.
Changing the power settings with Sprint Zone can increase battery life on your HTC EVO 3D. Follow these instructions to access Sprint Zone, and browse to Help > I Need Help. Tap Power Configuration > Low Power Configuration > Apply. The power settings will now be changed to help conserve battery life. If the Low Power Configuration setting disables a desired feature, such as Wi-Fi or Sync, tap the feature to manually enable it.

Turn off your HTC EVO 3D and remove the battery. Carefully inspect the battery and ensure that it is not overheating, swollen or damaged. These are signs that the battery needs to be replaced and may be the cause of the battery life issue. If the battery is overheating, swollen or damaged, do not reinsert it into your HTC EVO 3D. Instead, please visit the nearest Sprint Service and Repair Center to have your HTC EVO 3D checked by a Sprint Technician.
