Check that your HTC EVO 3D is connected to the data network. Follow these instructions to access Sprint Zone and then browse to Help > I Need Help. The voice and data connection will automatically be tested. If the test fails, update the data profile by tapping Update Profile. Updating the data profile can potentially fix connectivity issues.

If an error message is displayed indicating that the file size is too large, try to reduce it by using an appropriate editing program. If you are unable to reduce the file, try sending the file via email. Email providers generally have a much higher file size limit.
This process will re-establish the device's connection to the Sprint network. To perform a soft reset, turn your HTC EVO 3D off and remove the battery. After 30 seconds, reinsert the battery and turn your HTC EVO 3D back on.
