Be sure mobile data is enabled and functioning for multimedia messages to work properly.
If your Kyocera DuraXT still can't connect to data, troubleshoot data connectivity.
Perform a soft reset.
A soft reset reconnects your Kyocera DuraXT to the Sprint network.
