Troubleshoot issues with your Palm Centro HotSync and Windows 7

You may experience the following issue with your Palm® Centro™.
You are not able to use HotSync Manager with your Palm Centro OS if your computer is running on Windows 7 operating system.
This problem happens because Palm does not offer a compatible driver that allows HotSync to work with Windows 7 systems (32 bit and 64 bit). At this time, Palm does not plan to create compatible drivers for Windows 7.
However, since Windows 7 and Windows Vista are similar, you can work around this issue by using the Windows Vista HotSync directions. You can find the Vista instructions at www.palm.com/vista.
