Troubleshoot logging into m.sprint.com from your iPhone or Android device

If you receive an error when signing in to your account at m.sprint.com, you may have cookies disabled which will prevent you from logging in.
To enable cookies on your iPhone:
- Navigate to Settings
- Choose Safari
- Choose Accept cookies
- Change accept cookies from "never" to "from visited" or "always"
To enable cookies on your Android:
- Open the stock browser
- Click the menu button
- Click the more button
- Click settings
- Check accept cookies
