Troubleshoot quality issues when Sprint TV audio and video sync to your Palm Pixi

A software update corrects the following issue with your Palm® Pixi™.


You experience a quality issue regarding synchronization of Sprint TV audio and video on your Pixi.


To fix this, please update your handset software to version 1.3.2 or greater.


Note: Calls can be made while updates are downloading, but not while they are installing.
